SCHEDULE:
Each of us is inherently immersed in the health of our farms. While we depend on that health for our health, the farmscape also depends on us for its health. Our food choices dictate the farmscape health that ultimately nourishes us. Joel will walk us through some of the protocols our farmers need to use in order to build nourishing farmscapes.
3:00-3:45 Q&A with Sally and Joel

Others who like him call him the most famous farmer in the world, the high priest of the pasture and the most eclectic thinker from Virginia since Thomas Jefferson. Those who don't like him call him a bio-terrorist, Typhoid Mary, charlatan and starvation advocate. He co-owns, with his family, Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia.
