One day event including farm-to-table lunch with speaker and farmer Sally Fallon Morell, author of Nourishing Traditions and president of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
Sally has spoken around the world about healthy foods based on traditions of the past. In this life-changing presentation, you will learn why to eat the foods which kept our ancestors healthy and how to do this today. Many have testified that this talk has changed their lives both in how they eat and how they feel.
